Have you heard? Strong is the new thin! So work it, pump it and lift it! Hitting the gym or the yoga mat not only makes you look fit and toned it’s actually been proven to make you feel happier.

During physical activity, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. The awesome thing about endorphins is they give you a natural ‘high’ – leaving you feeling like the Queen Of The World (which you are!). These crazy chemicals reduce stress, decrease anxiety, improve sleep, increase energy levels, lower blood pressure, and boost self-esteem. Sold yet? Whatever the motivation, you should be active in whichever way is most fun for you. While some rather jog around the block, some like to take a dance class. But if you don’t have much time (like most of us) then here are some exercises that will just take 10 minutes of your time! Do the following without a break to keep your heart rate up and get those endorphins going! 50 jumping jacks 20 lunges (right leg) 10 push-ups 20 lunges (left leg) 50 jumping jacks 50 crunches Enjoyed this workout?
