Our Simple 15 Day Return Policy

In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product doesn't fit you properly, you can simply return the product to us. We will replace the product or refund entire amount (less the shipping charges).

To be eligible for returns the products should not be used, washed or dirty. All tags must be attached. The product must also be in its original undamaged packaging. Panties and accessories are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons. Items on Sale are also not eligible for returns.

Kindly email us at order@prettysecrets.com to inform us of the return and convey the airway bill number and details of the courier so that we may track and process it.
